FESF16JT Datasheet:The Micron® Imaging FESF16JT is a QXGA-format 1/2-inch CMOS active-pixel digital image sensor with an active imaging pixel array of 2,048H x 1,536V. It incorporates sophisticated camera functions on-chip such as windowing, column and row skip mode, and snapshot mode. It is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. The 3-megapixel CMOS image sensor features Digi- talClarityMicrons breakthrough low-noise CMOS imaging technology that achieves CCD image quality (based on signal-to-noise ratio and low-light sensitiv- ity) while maintaining the inherent size, cost, and inte- gration advantages of CMOS. The sensor can be operated in its default mode or programmed by the user for frame size, exposure, gain setting, and other parameters. The default mode out- puts a QXGA image at 12 frames per second (fps). An on-chip analog-to-digital converter (ADC) provides 10 bits per pixel. FRAME_VALID and LINE_VALID signals are output on dedicated pins, along with a pixel clock that is synchronous with valid data.FESF16JT Suppliers:The PLCC-2 SMT LED products with a viewing angle of 120 is ideal for instruments/switch/icon backlighting. Its external reflec- tor makes easy coupling with light pipe/light guide for an even- larger area backlighting. The package design coupled with careful selection of component materials allow these products to perform with high reliability in a larger temperature range -40 C to 100C. The high reliability feature is crucial to Automotive Interior and Indoor ESS.FESF16JT On stock:Description The FESF16JTAKE is an interline CCD solid-state image sensor suitable for PAL small color cameras. High resolution is achieved through the use of Ye, Cy, Mg, and G complementary color mosaic filters. This chip features a field period readout system and an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time. The package is a small 12-pin SON(LCC).. . . employing the Schottky Barrier principle in a large area metal-to-silicon power diode. State-of-the-art geometry features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlap contact. Ideally suited for use as rectifiers in low- voltage, high- frequency inverters, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection diodes. Low Reverse Current Low Stored Charge, Majority Carrier Conduction Low Power Loss/High Efficiency Highly Stable Oxide Passivated Junction Guard-Ring for Stress Protection Low Forward Voltage 150C Operating Junction Temperature High Surge Capacity The A2557xB, A2557xEB, and A2557xLB have been specifically designed to provide cost-effective solutions to relay-driving applications with up to 300 mA drive current per channel. They may also be used for driving incandescent lamps in applications where turn-on time is not a concern. Each of the four outputs will sink 300 mA in the on state. The outputs have a minimum breakdown voltage of 60 V and a sustaining voltage of 40 V. A low-power Sleep Mode is activated with either ENABLE low or all inputs low. In this mode, the supply current drops to below 100 µA. Over-current protection for each channel has been designed into these devices and is activated at a nominal 500 mA. It protects each output from short circuits with supply voltages up to 32 V. When an output experiences a short circuit, the output current is limited at the 500 mA current clamp. In addition, foldback circuitry decreases the current limit if an excessive voltage is present across the output and assists in keeping the device within its SOA (safe operating area). An exclusive-OR circuit compares the input and output state of each driver. If either a short or open load condition is detected, a single FAULT output is turned on (active low). Similar devices, for operation to 1.3 A, are available as the UDx2547B/EB. Continuous or multiple overload conditions causing the channel tempera- ture to reach approximately 165C will result in an additional linear decrease in the output current of the affected driver. If the fault condition is corrected, the output stage will return to its normal saturated condition. The first character of the part number suffix determines the device operating temperature range. Suffix S- is the standard -20C to +85C; suffix E- is -40C to +85C; suffix K- is for the industrial temperature range of -40C to +125C. Package suffix -B devices are 16-pin power DIPs; suffix -EB devices are 28-lead power PLCCs; and suffix -LB are 16- lead power wide-body SOICs for surface-mount applications. All packages are of batwing construction to provide for maximum package power dissipa- tion. The FESF16JT video encoder integrates a dual PLL clock generator and a digital NTSC/PAL video encoder. By generating all essential clock signals for MPEG playback, and converting digital video inputs to either NTSC or PAL video signals, the FESF16JT is an essential component of any low-cost solution for video-CD playback machines. The FESF16JT dual PLL clock synthesizer generates all clocks and timing signals from a 14.31818 MHz reference crystal (see application note 19 Tuning Clock Outputs for selection and tuning of the 14.31818 MHz crystal). The FESF16JT will accept HSYNC*, VSYNC*, and 2XPCLK clock inputs during slave mode operation. Timing signals from the PLLs can be used to generate the horizontal and vertical sync signals which enable operating the FESF16JT in master mode. The fully digital video encoder is pin-programmable to generate either a 525-line NTSC or a 625-line PAL compatible video signal. It also features a logic selectable sleep mode which turns the encoder off while leaving both PLLs running. The CP2101 is a highly-integrated USB-to-UART Bridge Controller providing a simple solution for updating RS232 designs to USB using a minimum of components and PCB space. The CP2101 includes a USB 2.0 full-speed function controller, USB transceiver, oscillator, EEPROM and asynchronous serial data bus (UART) with full modem control signals in a compact 5mm X 5mm MLP-28 package. No other external USB components are required. |
