MTZJT7713A Datasheet:The highly integrated switches require no external memory at all, and the use of Reduced Mode interfaces (RGMII and RTBI) simplifies PCB layout to reduce time and cost. Further trimming down system cost is the persistently low power dissipation of the family.MTZJT7713A Suppliers:The NCP5422A is a dual N−channel synchronous buck regulator controller. It contains all the circuitry required for two independent buck regulators and utilizes the V2 control method to achieve the fastest possible transient response and best overall regulation, while using the least number of external components. The NCP5422A features out−of−phase synchronization between the channels, reducing the input filter requirement. The NCP5422A also provides undervoltage lockout, Soft Start, built in adaptive non−overlap time and hiccup mode overcurrent protection.MTZJT7713A On stock:Acceptance inspection of lots containing multiple transistor types. - For4.2.3 lots containing more rhnn one transistor type covered herei, subjection of adequate samples on a sublet basis to tests in accordance with a and b below, will be acceptable.Normally applicable acceptance criteria shall apply to acceptability determination for the entire submitted lot.Incorporates industry standard DS1287 PC clock plus enhanced features: Y2K compliant +3V or +5V operation SMI recovery stack 64-bit silicon serial number Power-control circuitry supports system power-on from date/time alarm or key closure 32kHz output on power-up Crystal select bit allows RTC to operate with 6pF or 12.5pF crystal 114 bytes user NV RAM Auxiliary battery input 8kB additional NV RAM RAM clear input Century register Date alarm register Compatible with existing BIOS for original DS1287 functions Available as chip (DS17885) or standalone module with embedded battery and crystal (DS17887) Timekeeping algorithm includes leap-year compensation valid up to 2100 Underwriters Laboratory (UL) recognized The AP1503 series are monolithic ICs designed for step-down DC/DC converters, and own the ability of driving a 2.5A load without additional transistor components. Due to reducing the number of external component, the board space can be saved easily. The external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level and then come into standby mode. The external compensation makes feedback control have good line and load regulation. Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown is to prevent over temperature operating from damage, and current limit is against over current operating of the output switch. The AP1503 series operates at a switching frequency of 300KHz thus allowing smaller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Other features include a guaranteed +2% tolerance on output voltage under specified input voltage and output load conditions, and +15% on the oscillator frequency. The output version included fixed 3.3V, 5V. The packages are available in a standard SOP-7 lead package. The data bits in Data Bytes 0C7 set internal MTZJT7713A registers that control device operation. The data bits are only accepted when the Address Byte bit sequence is 11010010, as noted above. For description of bit control functions, refer to Table 5, Data Byte Serial Configuration Map.
