Note: The HUMMER module itself can sustain continuous voltages   of up to 50 VDC and voltage spikes of 80 volts for up to 50   msec, and it will pass these voltages on to the converter through   the external bypass diode. If these ratings exceed the rating of   the converter, care should be taken to control the line voltage to   prevent damage to the converter.

The Hyundai HYM72V16M656TU6 Series are 8Mx64bits Synchronous DRAM Modules. The modules are composed of four 16Mx16bits CMOS Synchronous DRAMs in 400mil 54pin TSOP-II package, one 2Kbit EEPROM in 8pin TSSOP package on a 168pin glass-epoxy printed circuit board. Two 0.33uF and one 0.1uF decoupling capacitors per each SDRAM are mounted on the PCB.

Sensitivity is dependent on the threshold level as well as ADC gain; threshold in turn is based on the internal signal reference level plus a small differential value. The threshold value is established as a percentage of the absolute signal level. Thus, sensitivity remains constant even if Cs is altered dramatically, so long as electrode coupling to the user remains constant. Furthermore, as Cx and Cs drift, the threshold level is automatically recomputed in real time so that it is never in error.
Thus, the distortion of the temperature coefficient caused by the different current is small, so the thermal runaway may not be occurred due to the changes of the recommended ratings; however, the actual operation is to be confirmed by using an experimental equipment or board.
